Release Version
Congratulations! Your app is approved and ready for installation and subscription.
Release Version shows the published app here. Once the app has been approved, you will see:
- The published app link beside Release Version.
- Webhook setting. please refer to webhook instructions if you need to setup webhooks.
- App Status & Whitelist

The webhook settings in development version are only for development and testing. You also need to setup release version webhook even the configuration is the same.

Listing Status
- Listed - app is LISTED in Apps Store, i.e. criteria fulfilled merchant can find your app in Apps Store Listing Page.
Listed and Availability
Determining who can see is not only by listing status but also availability.
See the documentation for the Availability section.
- Unlisted - your App is UNLISTED in Apps Store, i.e. Merchants cannot see your app on Apps Store Listing Page, but can visit your app Detail Page directly via URL. (if you do not set any Whitelisted merchant IDs)
Unlisted purpose
Sometimes you might want your app to be temporarily hidden from Apps Store. Unlisted is a good choice for these purposes.

Sometimes you might want to ensure your app to be seen by specific merchants ONLY. Please input those merchant IDs here.
If this box is empty, all merchants can access the Apps Store Detail Page via URL.
Listing status and SHOPLINE approval
For any change in the listing status, you do not need our approval. All the changes take effect immediately.
